I used to be really into Strong Bad emails, they are a cartoon that was done in flash and posted onto homestarrunner.com
I wanted to download the videos from their site, and I was interested in programing, so I made a program that downloaded them all.
basically it works by using another program called wget, and then tells it to download an email at a time.
Here is the program, I have a copy of wget in it, but you can get wget from their site http://users.ugent.be/~bpuype/wget/

Once the emails are downloaded, to open them, open with a web browser, such as google chrome.
Some emails will not download properly, they have a weird structure, and aren't included in that file.
The way that this script works is as follows:
@echo off
setlocal EnableDelayedExpansion
set var=1
:a
wget http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail%var%.swf
if [%var%]==[205] goto b
set /a var=%var%+1
goto a
:b
what this does is download the email 1, as noted by %var% in
'wget http://www.homestarrunner.com/sbemail%var%.swf'
then incrementally increases the value for %var% and repeats untill done.
I am not affiliated with Homestarrunner.com, or wget.
